On the Menu: Egg Special: Hard Boiled, Poached, Omelet style, Egg Salad, Deviled Eggs. Ingredients: Hard Boiled • Egg • Water • Salt Poached • Premade Biscuits • Eggs Omelet Style • Eggs • Vegetables of your choice • Meat • Cheese Steps: Hard Boiled 1. Place eggs (as many as desired) on the bottom of the pot and fill with water, covering eggs. 2. Bring to a boil, let boil for 12 minutes. 3. Remove from stove, strain, run under cold water. Poached egg 1. Cook biscuits according to directions on package. 2. In medium sized pot, fill with water, bring to a boil, and then turn heat down to a simmer. 3. Crack eggs into small bowls (ramekin). 4. Pour eggs into pot, one at a time. 5. Once cooked to jelly-like consistency, remove and place on biscuit. Hollandaise Sauce: 1. Boil water in medium size pan 2. Combine juice and ground mustard to egg yolk 3. Place egg combo into a small pot, then place small pot into medium pot filled with boiling water (ie double boil) 4. Add a pinch of salt and cayenne pepper 5.Pour over poached eggs Omelet style 1. Chop up desired ingredients ie peppers, tomatoes, meat, onions, cheese, etc. 2. Bring pan to medium heat, sauté chopped ingredients (not cheese). 3. Crack 2 (or more) eggs into bowl, beat with fork. 4. Turn down heat, add eggs into pan, and flip once downside is cooked. 5.
